He now coaches and trains some of the top athletes, AAU programs, and professionals while also configuring teams of his own. He recently worked with the staff of Concordia Lutheran High school where the team took their talents to the state finals but fell short of 1st place. He is currently a camp instructor for Breakthrough Basketball camps and Point Guard College (PGC).

With a successful stint in the NBA G League and international play in Italy, Germany, and the Dominican Republic, Joseph has honed his skills at the highest levels of the game. Now, as a dedicated trainer and coach, Joseph is committed to helping athletes unlock their potential and achieve their basketball dreams.

During his time on the court, he was not only a standout player but also a natural leader, leading his team in assists and winning the Fan Favorite Award.
